Today is Labor day, I rested at home. I weighed 81.2kg this morning. I would like to confess that I cheated a bit today :(. The Fat Loss 4 Idiots diets are quite hard to follow for an Asian like me because I missed RICE! The diet menu I have is mostly oatmeal. So, instead of eating beef and turkey slices with oatmeal, I changed the oatmeal to rice. Although it tastes weird to have rice without chinese food, but I think it is fine to me :) Hope that cheating a bit will provide me some motivation to finish the 11 days of diet.
Generally I think that today is a high protein day because there are cheeses, peanuts, beef, shrimp and milk in my diet today. And... rice :) I have no problem with the Calorie Shifting diet, and it is great!
