Today is a good day. My weight this morning is 79.1kg. I think the gym work out yesterday works :) Today is the 10th day, the 2nd last day of the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet cycle. Can't wait for the 3 cheating days. Actually I'm starting to think what should I eat during the 3 cheating days. Yesterday was the day to hand up the proposal, I have been working on it at home for the past few days. My manager called me up this morning and he told me that he is quite satisfied with my proposal though he pointed out some parts that needed to be improved. Luckily I didn't screw up everything.
The meal today is quite ok, consisting of sandwich with ham, fruit salad, hard-boiled egg,fried shrimp with asparagus (minimum oil) et cetera. By the way, I have started to receive newletters from the Calorie Shifting Diet Plan website on some diet tips and exercises. I find that they are quite useful.
