Thanks God that I weighed 79.6kg this morning. I guess what my friends said are right. Our weight will fluctuate when we are losing weight. Anyway, today is a full vegetables and fruits day. I read the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diets handbook and realize that I can actually eat condiments like Ketchup (very good for health, I read in somewhere that we should eat a spoon of ketchup a day), pepper (very good for boosting metabolic rate), lemon juice, barbeque sauce (I love to have this in my Subway, it has been a long time since I have a meal of Subway, I think I will get one during my cheating period), mustard (I love honey mustard though) et cetera.
So, I believe that I can actually have all these vegetables and fruits in salad form. I remember Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet course from Calorie Shifting Diet Plan website calls this the Great Salad or something. Besides salad, I have also ordered a non-sugar celery + apple juice at the food court (SGD2). It is one of my favorite drink because I like the taste of celery. Celery is very good for health too.
