I'm very excited to start my Fat Loss 4 Idiots diets today because I have finally passed the 80kg barrier. The diet today is quite simple and I think I have seen a similar one from the Calorie Shifting Diet Plan website. I have another scrambled egg with black pepper chicken chop today yummy~ I have realized that the nutrition of the daily meal is actually quite balanced. When I pay more attention to the meal plan, it is actually about the same of the nutrition pyramid (the one that we used to see in primary school). I guess the rationale of today's meal plan is to allow our body to relax a bit from the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diets. However, there is no rice in the diet :(
Oh yea, this morning, I weighed 79.9kg. I wonder how much weight I can lose in the end of the first diet cycle :)
