Last Day Of The 1st Cycle Of The Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet

Today is the last day of the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet cycle. I weighed 79.0kg. I think I will need to wait until tomorrow to really see how much weight I managed to lose in 11days.

In these 11 days, I do enjoy the diet very much and I feel that I'm healthier and more energetic as compared to 3 months ago. Following a diet has made me to become someone that is more discipline and concerns about health. Now, I will try to avoid oily food if possible, cutting down on snacks and drink lots of water.

I'm very happy through out this Fat Loss 4 Idiots diets and I'm looking forward for the next cycle. But now... let me take a rest and eat something nice :)

I might not be writing in the next few days because I have received order to start the next stage of my planning, to further elaborate my proposal et cetera. However, I will try to keep you update what will I eat and what is my weight at the end of this cycle.

Good Day - Day 10 of Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet

Today is a good day. My weight this morning is 79.1kg. I think the gym work out yesterday works :) Today is the 10th day, the 2nd last day of the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet cycle. Can't wait for the 3 cheating days. Actually I'm starting to think what should I eat during the 3 cheating days. Yesterday was the day to hand up the proposal, I have been working on it at home for the past few days. My manager called me up this morning and he told me that he is quite satisfied with my proposal though he pointed out some parts that needed to be improved. Luckily I didn't screw up everything.

The meal today is quite ok, consisting of sandwich with ham, fruit salad, hard-boiled egg,fried shrimp with asparagus (minimum oil) et cetera. By the way, I have started to receive newletters from the Calorie Shifting Diet Plan website on some diet tips and exercises. I find that they are quite useful.

Oh My God! I Can't Follow The Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet Today!

My weight this morning is 79.2kg (very close to 79kg!). Today, I was dragged (actually 99% willingly) to a seafood dinner with my colleague at the Bukit Timah food court. Oh ya, by the waym if you are happening to travel to Singapore, do not go to a place called Newton Circus (a famous tourist spot for hawker food) without a Singaporean with you. You will be slaughtered by the hawkers there! So... I'm felt sorry that I cannot follow my Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet for the dinner. Anyway, let me share my meal with everyone.

There are 4 of us. We ordered black pepper crab, grilled squid (sotong bakar), grilled stingray (we called ikan bakar, but actually if direct translation it is grilled fish) and fried cockle. The bill comes in SGD46 (just for the seafood). Very very bad for my diet indeed! Why can't they wait until my cheating day before dragging me for the seafood? But... anyway... the food is nice and I actually do not have much regret going there :) I think that sometimes cheating can make me relax from the diet... Humans are alive and rules are dead, that is what we chinese used to say.

After the dinner, I went home, rested for awhile and hit the gym for 1hour +. Pretty tired day... so good night. I will follow the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diets tomorrow.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet - 8th Day - All Fruits and Vegatables Day

Thanks God that I weighed 79.6kg this morning. I guess what my friends said are right. Our weight will fluctuate when we are losing weight. Anyway, today is a full vegetables and fruits day. I read the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diets handbook and realize that I can actually eat condiments like Ketchup (very good for health, I read in somewhere that we should eat a spoon of ketchup a day), pepper (very good for boosting metabolic rate), lemon juice, barbeque sauce (I love to have this in my Subway, it has been a long time since I have a meal of Subway, I think I will get one during my cheating period), mustard (I love honey mustard though) et cetera.

So, I believe that I can actually have all these vegetables and fruits in salad form. I remember Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet course from Calorie Shifting Diet Plan website calls this the Great Salad or something. Besides salad, I have also ordered a non-sugar celery + apple juice at the food court (SGD2). It is one of my favorite drink because I like the taste of celery. Celery is very good for health too.

7th Day Of Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet - WHAT??? I BECOME FATTER???

I weighed myself this morning and realized that my weighed shoot up to 79.8kg. What is happenning? I do not know why, but I will surely stick to the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diets. I will see how my weight goes tomorrow. Pretty sad that it suddenly goes up. I guess it might be water weight because I heard my friends saying that our weight actually fluctuates when we are starting to lose weight. I'm not very sure about this because I never weigh myself every morning like this before. I'm preparing for tomorrow's meal, it is an all fruits and vegetables day. Hope that I see weight loss tomorrow.

How To Get The Free 7 Days Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet Course

This morning, I weighed 79.6kg. The diet today is very nice too. Someone has left a comment in my previous post asking how to get the free 7 days Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet course from the Calorie Shifting Diet Plan website. Hmm... I thought that I have already written in this post : My Fat Loss 4 Idiots Journal - 4th Day. Nevermind, I think I should write a more detailed post on how to get the free diet course.


1) Firstly, you will need to visit the Calorie Shifting Diet Plan website.

2) You will be able to see a form at the top right corner, requesting your name and email. That is the newsletter subscription box. You will be able to get the free diet course by subscribing to their newsletter.

3) Enter your name as well as a valid email address and click submit. Do not worry of giving your email address to them because they have a spam-free privacy policy. I never receive a spam from them.

4) You will then reach a site telling you to check your email for a confirmation email.

5) Now, go to you will need to go to your email and check for an email titled, "RESPONSE REQUIRED: Confirm your request for information from loseweightidea@aweber.com"

6) Open the email and follow the instruction and click the confirmation link.

7) Wadaa~ you have confirmed the subscription and the diet menu will send to your email inbox directly.

8) Just in case you do not receive any confirmation email, you should check your spam folder because sometimes the confirmation letter will end up there. If you didn't receive the confirmation email in few hours, just try again using another email.

Hope that this can help those who have difficulty in getting the free Fat Loss 4 Idiots diets course. I would recommend you to design your own meal plan though because you can eat your favorite food.

5th Day Of The Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diets

I'm very excited to start my Fat Loss 4 Idiots diets today because I have finally passed the 80kg barrier. The diet today is quite simple and I think I have seen a similar one from the Calorie Shifting Diet Plan website. I have another scrambled egg with black pepper chicken chop today yummy~ I have realized that the nutrition of the daily meal is actually quite balanced. When I pay more attention to the meal plan, it is actually about the same of the nutrition pyramid (the one that we used to see in primary school). I guess the rationale of today's meal plan is to allow our body to relax a bit from the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diets. However, there is no rice in the diet :(

Oh yea, this morning, I weighed 79.9kg. I wonder how much weight I can lose in the end of the first diet cycle :)

My Fat Loss 4 Idiots Journal - 4th Day

I weighed 80.6kg this morning (breaking the 80kg barrier!!!). The Fat Loss 4 Idiots diets menu today is quite luxurious because I can have Banana Milk Shake! I'm happy that it is finally day 4, the Banana Milk Shake day! I have it at a food court for SGD2... very very nice indeed!

Today is day 4, while most of the meals are low in calorie, I do not feel restless. Instead, I feel that I'm becoming more and more energetic. This must be due to the weight tha I have shed off. I think my face does not look as chubby as before... not cute anymore. But nevermind! I'm going to become handsome guy soon!

My lunch is pretty nice - scrambled egg with black pepper chicken chop. Just discovered that I can have this for my lunch. I was tempted to eat the baked bean, but I didn't.

Today's job is hectic. I received new project(some company promotion stuff) and now I will need to start thinking of some ideas of how to promote my company's services. Headache...

The result so far is great, finally I'm going to be an under 80kg person. I'm really happy that I can lose so much weight, I never thought that I can break the 80kg barrier 3 months ago. My Fat Loss 4 Idiots Journal - Day 3 : I Cheated A Bit Today

Today is Labor day, I rested at home. I weighed 81.2kg this morning. I would like to confess that I cheated a bit today :(. The Fat Loss 4 Idiots diets are quite hard to follow for an Asian like me because I missed RICE! The diet menu I have is mostly oatmeal. So, instead of eating beef and turkey slices with oatmeal, I changed the oatmeal to rice. Although it tastes weird to have rice without chinese food, but I think it is fine to me :) Hope that cheating a bit will provide me some motivation to finish the 11 days of diet.

Generally I think that today is a high protein day because there are cheeses, peanuts, beef, shrimp and milk in my diet today. And... rice :) I have no problem with the Calorie Shifting diet, and it is great!
