My Stats and My Background Before Starting Fat Loss 4 Idiots

About Me :
I'm a 29-year-old Singaporean, working as an accountant in a Singapore firm. Up till this morning, my weight is 82kg, and my height is 174cm. 3 months ago, I started to lose weight because of some personal reasons (very common reasons though :)) Because of overweight, I look a little bit flumsy... and often find myself very timid when working out in gym. I have been working out in the gym for 3 months, twice a week. In 3 month, I managed to lose about 3kg, I think the weight loss is rather difficult because I'm building muscle mass.

How I Find Out The Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diets
I came across this diet when I'm searching for Calorie Shifting diet in Google. My friend has been following this diet from a fitness centre here and she recommend me this special diet. Since the membership fee is pretty expensive, I tried to search for some information about the diet and I ended up at a website called the Calorie Shifting Diet Plan. The website provides a free 7 days diet course (7 days of sample meal from Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet), so I just gave it a try since it is free. That's how I find out about this diet.

My Weight Loss Target
I think it will be quite possible to lose lots of weight merely by going to gym. So, I planned to adopt a weight loss diet. My aim is not to build muscle but to lose fat. Building muscle, I think I will keep it for later after I managed to lose weight.

I hope to lose 10kg in the next 3 months, making myself 72kg by August. Hope that I can reach my target through exercising and following the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diets.
