First Day Of My Own Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet

I weighed myself this morning and my weight is 81.8kg. So, this morning my Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet breakfast consists of scrambled eggs and yogurt. Pretty suitable as a breakfast. I prepared the scrambled egg myelf, mix with some pepper (very good for boosting metabolic rate). Very delicious because I made it myself. However the cleaning part is quite troublesome. I think next time I will just go to a coffee shop for scrambled egg.



Before going to office, I prepared my salad (chopped nicely), bring a small container that got different compartments to put the salad and the dressing seperately. This would be my lunch... all vege, luckily I can still have the thousand island sauce on it. I brought some roast turkey slices that I can eat while working.



At night, I walked for about 30minutes in the garden after having my dinner. Following the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet is the same as following the free diet course from the Calorie Shifting Diet Plan website because the free course is the real diet journal from one of the members. I'm very happy with my effort today and so... good night.
