Second Day Of My Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet
At night, I have a bowl of grapes, strawberries, apples and pears when watching TV. I don't really mind eating fruits because they are healthy and taste good. Walked for about 30minutes in the garden after dinner. Actually I planned to go to gym, but I think I will keep it for another day which allows me to eat more.

First Day Of My Own Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet
Before going to office, I prepared my salad (chopped nicely), bring a small container that got different compartments to put the salad and the dressing seperately. This would be my lunch... all vege, luckily I can still have the thousand island sauce on it. I brought some roast turkey slices that I can eat while working.
At night, I walked for about 30minutes in the garden after having my dinner. Following the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet is the same as following the free diet course from the Calorie Shifting Diet Plan website because the free course is the real diet journal from one of the members. I'm very happy with my effort today and so... good night.

Hassle Day In Preparing Myself For The Fat Loss 4 Idiots Menu
Today, I went to FairPrice to buy the foods that are required in my Fat Loss 4 Idiots menu.
Since I'm working and I might not be able to follow 100% of the menu, I planned to make my own lunch pack to the office. Luckily most of the foods like salad and sandwich can be easily made and things like fruits,meat slices,yoghurt et cetera can be purchased right from FairPrice. I will keep the harder menu as breakfast and dinner (eat at home) and bring those that can be prepared easily to the offices.
Tomorrow will be my first day trying my own diet menu after trying the free 7 days course from the Calorie Shifting Diet Plan website. I'm excited and hope to see good results from my effort.

My Stats and My Background Before Starting Fat Loss 4 Idiots
I'm a 29-year-old Singaporean, working as an accountant in a Singapore firm. Up till this morning, my weight is 82kg, and my height is 174cm. 3 months ago, I started to lose weight because of some personal reasons (very common reasons though :)) Because of overweight, I look a little bit flumsy... and often find myself very timid when working out in gym. I have been working out in the gym for 3 months, twice a week. In 3 month, I managed to lose about 3kg, I think the weight loss is rather difficult because I'm building muscle mass.
How I Find Out The Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diets
I came across this diet when I'm searching for Calorie Shifting diet in Google. My friend has been following this diet from a fitness centre here and she recommend me this special diet. Since the membership fee is pretty expensive, I tried to search for some information about the diet and I ended up at a website called the Calorie Shifting Diet Plan. The website provides a free 7 days diet course (7 days of sample meal from Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet), so I just gave it a try since it is free. That's how I find out about this diet.
My Weight Loss Target
I think it will be quite possible to lose lots of weight merely by going to gym. So, I planned to adopt a weight loss diet. My aim is not to build muscle but to lose fat. Building muscle, I think I will keep it for later after I managed to lose weight.
I hope to lose 10kg in the next 3 months, making myself 72kg by August. Hope that I can reach my target through exercising and following the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diets.

Welcome To My Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diets Journal
Prior to purchasing the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diets, I actually followed a 7 days free course at this Calorie Shifting Diet Plan website. The website provides a 7 days sample meal from the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diets. That website is the one that convinced me to follow the diet because I managed to receive very good result in 7 days (1.2kg). Moreover, I have also received rebate from that website, so far, I think it is the only website that provides rebate on the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diets.
I will be quite busy these few days, preparing for the diet. I will post frequently to provide my review and feeling about the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diets.

How To Get The Free 7 Days Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet Course
This morning, I weighed 79.6kg. The diet today is very nice too. Someone has left a comment in my previous post asking how to get the free 7 days Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet course from the Calorie Shifting Diet Plan website. Hmm... I thought that I have already written in this post : My Fat Loss 4 Idiots Journal - 4th Day. Nevermind, I think I should write a more detailed post on how to get the free diet course.
1) Firstly, you will need to visit the Calorie Shifting Diet Plan website.
2) You will be able to see a form at the top right corner, requesting your name and email. That is the newsletter subscription box. You will be able to get the free diet course by subscribing to their newsletter.
3) Enter your name as well as a valid email address and click submit. Do not worry of giving your email address to them because they have a spam-free privacy policy. I never receive a spam from them.
4) You will then reach a site telling you to check your email for a confirmation email.
5) Now, go to you will need to go to your email and check for an email titled, "RESPONSE REQUIRED: Confirm your request for information from loseweightidea@aweber.com"
6) Open the email and follow the instruction and click the confirmation link.
7) Wadaa~ you have confirmed the subscription and the diet menu will send to your email inbox directly.
8) Just in case you do not receive any confirmation email, you should check your spam folder because sometimes the confirmation letter will end up there. If you didn't receive the confirmation email in few hours, just try again using another email.
Hope that this can help those who have difficulty in getting the free Fat Loss 4 Idiots diets course. I would recommend you to design your own Calorie Shifting meal plan like me though because you can eat your favorite food.
